Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached. No exceptions.

Booking Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our official website: Brittany's Catwalk on StyleSeat. No direct bookings will be accepted.
Barista Products
There are no refunds or exchanges on any barista products, including but not limited to hair care and styling items.
